Hey guys these are some recent pictures of me. Been bulking for 1 month. Trying to just stay 500 calories above maintenance. Finally hitting legs hard and consistent. Before I would get really bad right knee and lower back pain due to a motorcycle accident so I wouldn't hit legs all the time. They still need to catch up but they are slowly getting there. Plan is to cut next year before summer. Let me know what you think brahs.
