Not necessarily. A child can have the best upbringing and his/her parent(s) could've done the best job in raising them, but at the end of the day, it's not on the parents, it's on the child. If they choose to deviate from what their parents have taught them and do dumb sh**, blame the child.

holy ****. thank god. justice was served. this game is actually very common among urban youths. In SF, these random violent attacks happen a lot and they mainly target non-blacks. Tian Sheng Yu, 59 years old man, was punched and killed by two blacks teens when he was out shopping with his son. Huan Chen, an 83-year-old man, was randomly attacked, kicked and punched in the head and eventually died. A 15-year-old was also charged with attempted murder for throwing a 57-year-old Asian woman off of a railroad platform.

If you get the belt when your kid gets his shoes dirty, it kinda undermines your ability to get through to them on the things that matter imo.

Only on the misc would you expect people to glorify the killer, who may have acted in self defence at first, but who had no right nor the necessity to stab the guy in the back, probably in a situation where the attacker was running away. We don't have all the information yet you are all ready to throw medals and praises at the guy.

Who knows, there were several of them.. They probably assaulted the guy at first and then turned around once they saw him pull out a knife or turn around once he was about to stab the kid IMO because there was one stab in the back and one stab on the side..
