How much do u pay for meat in costco??
1 KG of american meat here in mexican costco is around $30/35 USD.... thats around 2.2 Lbs... *I think im quoting rib-eye price
Top quality meat from a mexican cow at whole-foods equivalent in my city is around $15 USD for 2.2lb/1kg - This meat im talking about is exportation-grade, japanese come here because its so good, its better than any american meat i have tasted

Poverty sam's club member here. This is what I get there:
Frozen vegetables:
Any good mix will do, stir fry, normandy, etc. But it is so clutch to have frozen vegetables on hand. No worries about things going bad, they're just always up there. It's like $6 for 4.5 lbs, and the mix is really diverse nutritionally (peppers, carrots, brocolli, beans, etc)
I think most of you bros would use them in stir fries (and they provide a sauce which isn't sugary), but I throw them in my thai and indian cooking too
Frozen berry mix:
Like $7 for 3 lbs of berries. Eat them frozen or throw them in the blender with frozen banana and some almond milk
Those two things make it pretty cheap and easy to live healthy
