my depth and forward lean suck but i'm working on it
some foam rolling and stretching
usually separate these lifts and do accessory work but have had some scheduling conflicts so I decided to knock them out together on my day off of work. bench tonight and then starting back on good time management so all my lifts are all clustered together

first things first fuk school. homework is a pain in my ass. my bench has sucked but last night gave me some hope. so here's a couple of sessions from the past week or so

Strep is gone and I finally feel better so went to the gym last night to 1. pay my entry fee and 2. to bench.

then the gym was closing so had to go.
joined another gym that is around the corner from my house and they have round plates instead of the stupid hex ones the last close gym had. there hours aren't great but if it saves me from driving 45 minutes a few times a week I'll take it
Had good lazy holiday times. Got to see my Peyton live in action twice! I wish I could get playoff tickets but people are ridiculous with their prices
