what is this 'muscle maturity'?
thanks
"Muscle Maturity comes with Age, seaoning of the Muscle where you can see: "Fiberous" Separation, Thin Onion Skin, Full Round Musculature that only comes with age.
Think of a hot Teenage girl with a nice figure that Blossoms when she's in her mid 20's!
Thats the aging process that applies to the Physique.
The longer you train, diet and compete with time, details get more pronounced that you could not see in the early years of development."

40lbs is a lot but really noob gains after first years its not uncommon to put on even 20ish lbs
Thats take a skinny 5'10 male at about 130lbs to 180lbs in contest shape
Not really crazy pros are mid 250 on average at around 5'7. People really underestimate how much muscle you can put on naturally.

Muscle maturity simply means being in your most "RIPE" condition that goes along with age. Usually it peaks at the age of between 28-43, depending on your genetics, discipline and how young you were when you started lifting. If you start at 15, and you stay consistent with your training all throughout, your muscle maturity can see its peak in your early 30s. At 35, you can start to regress. While others with extremely good genetics and started at a later age, say 19, could see muscle maturity at its finest at the age of 37-40. However, only few men improve beyond the age of 40, unless one is a beginner at that age.

Been into bodybuilding since 1991, non-stop and constant.
I looked 10 years younger for my age the day I turned 33. The pattern remains the same every year. But I want to look 80 like Sean Connery.
I practice science, art, sport and philosophy, therefore, I'm a bodybuilder.

40lbs in 18 months is completely possible. All you need is a grocery list of dat der celltech. lol
Once you see the cycles pros are running, you instantly realize how the F they got so huge so fast. They dont do these puny cycles Joe Blow at the local gym does. I have had the pleasure of seeing some journals written by a few pros. They were interesting.
And no, the journals were meant to stay out of the public eye, and I was asked never to give details, so I won't disclose them. I might get negged for this, but I am keeping my word.

yes seen a friend blow up 22lb's in 12 weeks, and getting leaner and harder he just blew the **** up.
he claims his cellteching is nothing compared to ppl who he knows that compete.
so 40lb's in a 18months is doable, if all u do is eat train and sleep wich he does, he is basically chained to the kitchen.
