also stone? what is a stone? There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Read the stickies in the nutrition section for a start, that'll give you a better understanding of your diet. (You don't have to eat just "tuna, chicken and rice" for example, change it up a bit or you'll get bored with it)
Cardio isn't necessary, but it still can help if you're struggling to get into a deficit.
Definately hit the weights though, you'll look much better after you've lost the weight.

5-6" taller than me...
manlet status forever. Hopefully, growth spurt hits me soon (
Anyways, read stickies so you don't mess up from the start and waste your time. Nobody can tell you when the belly will leave, as we don't know your genetics (e.g. For me, stomach is last to go, but for my friend, stomach goes real fast, it's his leg and back fat that is persistent.) Also, we don't know your bf%.
Anyways, just eat at a deficit of TDEE and lift heavy and BOOM, you will shed the fat FAST!!♛ PUNK AESTHETICS CREW™ ♛

First thing is conditioning. Cardio + high rep exercises to boost your daily energy table. That way no matter what routine you get set on your body will be more energized.

Defintely god the right mindset, I remember when I lost my weight (used to be 15kg heavier) I was quite clueless.
Listen if you're serious about doing 2hour workouts a day you will be dropping kilos like no tomorrow, I suggest you calorie count too to make sure you dont self sabotage with food (easy to do trust me)
something like myfitnesspal (google it) makes life easier tracking cals and becomes routine after a week or two.
Pretty much you can eat WHATEVER you want (although personally I still prefer to eat clean, keeps you FEELING healthy) as long as you are reaching/below your calories for the day
Best of luck and if you really want to kick the gut for good join a gym!

I had some bellyfat before I started as well, I lost 15 kg from ketoing but you have to be committed and strict on the diet..
You also don't have to do cardio if you lift, it will help but it's not a must.No days unalert.
Deadlift 130kg.

Belly fat and love handles is the last fat to go. But dont get discouraged. Start a diet where you are eating 20% cals below your maintenance..You can expect to lose anywhere from 1-3 lbs of fat weekly . Get your bf% measured....the lower the body fat, the less belly fat..around 15% bf is when you start to see abs and by 10-12% you can see a 6 pack

Here's my two cents.
Two hours in the gym is probably going to be way more than you need to reach your goals.
Read the stickies or use a calorie calculator to find how much you need to maintain weight and reduce by 500 cal. iifym.com has one.
Lift heavy, you dont NEED to do cardio to lose weight.
Stick to your diet and your lifting, and you'll lose the weight, guaranteed!

trust us man, we wouldn't try to sabotage the OP for our own benefits
the most perfect diet will yield fat loss like no tomorrow, and that means a moderate/high moderate caloric deficit paired with heavy lifting. you cannot 'slowly build muscle' lifting heavy if you're eating less than you burn, that's thermodynamics, and noob gains aside (which would likely be barely noticeable anyway so not even worth mentioning in this argument). cardio is essential to heart health, and apparently helps with recovery and overall health which might promote better lifting in the weight room as well.
i'm being pretty nice in not flaming for your 'knowledge' of fat loss, but nice try though just do some research and you'll see that many pro bodybiulders have gotten to competition weight through diet alone.Powerlifter convert. Follow on instagram Sharpie_bendingbarbells

First of all, calm your nipples, its the internet. Weight loss is a puzzle, you need all the pieces. In addition I never said it was essential to weight loss, its essential for getting TONED. Stop putting words in my mouth and getting yourself all worked up over things YOU are saying, not me.
Cardio does more than just burn calories, it conditions. The more cardio you do, the better your body gets used to expending energy on a daily basis. This is what conditioning is...
You will have more energy at your use every day thus you will be less likely to miss a workout because you feel too tired to do so, you will be able to workout harder and longer.
If cardio is as useless as you are implying, why do all pro athletes and successful bodybuilders co sign it? I wouldn't have the abs I do without the interval cardio I do. My training partner enters competitions and wins, and co signs cardio.
If you really are against cardio then that is your choice, but respect my opinion and let the op chose to do what he wants.Gangnam Style Impossible Workout Challenge: 238 reps

But this guy isn't a body builder lol. He just wants to lose weight and tone up.
I agree diet is the most important but based off his post he knows this.
And you will build muscle slowly no matter what you do, aside from noob gains, because muscle builds slowly. Anyone who knows their stuff knows it takes A LOT of work to add muscle and time to go with it.Gangnam Style Impossible Workout Challenge: 238 reps

well first of all, i don't think i stated anything that argues the bold, other than that you're not ALWAYS building muscle. if you're not challenging them, you're not causing micro tears. really high rep stuff that isn't heavy or too light is NOT going to build muscle, it MIGHT maintain or sometimes not even enough to maintain if the trainer is in a deficit.
and secondly, why does it matter if he's a bodybuilder or not? the only difference between a bodybuilder and someone with a more slender fitness model shape, is the amount of muscle mass and proportions. the method to losing fat doesn't change, and neither does it to gaining muscle. sure, people take different routes to do it, but it's all essentially diet and challenging the muscles.
the way i see it, all the people in our society who wanna lose fat are looking to the wrong people....they're reading all these fad magazine diets and dr. oz and crap...but WHO knows losing fat better than ANYONE else? the guys that get PAID and FAMOUS for doing it to such a degree that only so few can ever dial it in just right: bodybuilders. and i doubt there are any Mr. Olympias that got to where they did without having a precise diet.
edit: if it helps any more with my perspective and line of thought, check my progress pics or any progress threads i made. i would say that right now i have the 'toned and lean' look (that's how the general population would refer to me) and i lifted and ate like a bodybuilder to get here. and it was the most efficient method for fat loss i've ever done in my life. it's also the only method that got me an aesthetic body...i've cardio'ed my way to skinniness before in high school...and it did just that: made me kinda skinny but no real shape.Powerlifter convert.
