I just train them regulary in my training. I think it has also to do with genetics. My abs show up easily, even when i have a relative high bf.

I also added two more pics. One from my front and one from my shoulders.

Yes, some from my last competition here. I will make some better ones.

I would have to say that in current pics, upper body has great size and symmetry. Legs in the pics from competition look strong but less defined. So my critique is leg seperation. Don't neglect your wheels.
