335x4 ish for squat, 260 range for bench, 525 for deadlifts. Squats are troublesome though form is getting better. Bench is hamstringed by a shoulder impingement, was in the 300's prior.

You are damn close to 1200 already. What style of squat do you use?

Love you bro but Alex Smith is not in the top half of QB's in the league.... A lot of QB stats are lame and Rating is one of them. YPA and YPC are products of good receivers. Completion % is also very overrated especially if you are on a team that doesn't throw deep and uses a west coast style of dink and dunk football. Steve Young is a great example of high QB ratings. They ran the west coast offense with tons of screen passes to backs and also had the best receiver in the history of the game playing for him. Put Young on another team and he is good but not HOF (see Tampa numbers and what happens when you don't have talent)

FWIW-Luck is already a better QB than Alex Smith

I do agree that Kaep at QB down the stretch is a big mistake for a team trying to get to the SB. Experience>Raw Talent with the game on the line

I can relatively agree with this, but still hold true to "its not broken, don't fix it" -- at least not yet. Not to mention I recall Harbaugh openly stating per media conference that "Smith is still our starting QB, he has done nothing to lose the spot." yaddayahyaddayah; I missed the rest of the Q/A but I know for sure those words were said, and to turn around 24 hours later and announce he's been replaced? wat.

I'll be very interested to see how Kaep stacks against Seattle's Defense -- knowing Smith had a hard time breaking though. His ability to run may work against him methinks in this game. I could be wrong, but we'll see.

I still see Luck/Flacco/Smith on the same page, although I'd give Luck the edge to all three.

Low bar wide stance. Opting for 5/3/1 box squats ~1.5" below parallel since my sticking point is out of the hole. I think my main issue is hamstring, and unfortunately we have no GHR.

But with tuesday's double coupon discount, went to Super America with a $0.15 off coupon from buying groceries, got doubled to $0.30 off -- so I only payed $3.05 a gallon.
