So do you guys tell someone at the gym when you think they are lifting incorrectly?
At the gym yesterday there was this old guy (like FWF old) doing DLs. The whole time he was looking straight down with a nice round bend to his back. This morning another guy was doing DLs (or at least if looked like some sort of mix between DLs, SLDL, and RDLs...). Same deal, his head was down, back was rounded. He was wearing sneakers with a decent sized sole and to make it worse he actually had his heels elevated on the edge of a mat (I guess to really accentuate the strain on his lower back...)
Don't know if I would come across as some sort of a$s for saying somethingKenshin and Dbone's Nursing Home Adventures (ongoing) ... http://tinyurl.com/ns23wak

I rarely talk to people at the gym, if I do, it's to comment on teh sexy cardio bunnies to a couple regulars there.
When it comes to lifting form and offering advice, I hate to be "that guy" that comes off as a know-it-all so I keep to myself. Probably because I would hate for someone to critique me.
