on the weekends, when i have time to prepare a hot breakfast...
2 eggs
8oz egg whites
salt and pepper to taste
spray pan with PAM
two different variations that i rotate:
a) coconut oil (i do about 3/4 table spoon)
b) american or mozarella cheese - or both. fat free cheese works just fine as well.
toss them in when the eggs are 75% done... i wouldn't recommend doing both since the cheese effectively negates the coconut flavoring.Team VPX Sports

sup matz!?
tomatoes and onions when i'm feeling adventurous.
i only cook breakfast at home once a week (have to get up 6;30 on weekdays for work, saturdays usually spent hanging with friends or gf in a town away) so i don't have flexible ingredients at hand... will have to try avocado though, i did that a few years ago and it was excellent.Team VPX Sports

If I wanted to suck on an Evergreen pine needle, I would just do that. Gin is the worst tasting liquor on the market, no mixer can overshadow that awfulness.
Come at me Danny, I will stab you in your jugular with your golden & platinum china twice.
