Since taking choline chest has been feeling tight and at times harder to breath, not sure if it's hypotension, only been taking 1g with 2g alcar, perhaps i'm just sensitive or allergic, sucks cuz i like the effects :/

Be careful dude, seriously. Acetylcholine is known to depress respiratory function in excess (this was actually used to kill soldiers in past wars as a biotoxin). You're not allergic, you just need a way lower dose. ALCAR also increases choline acetyltransferase activity so it's the perfect storm for someone with a high sensitivity to ACh.

Haven't found reliable sources to confirm but i don't think i've been taking too much at only 1g, don't even have the fishy smell. No swelling just the tight chest, short of breath mmmmhhhhh

Thanks, will give it a rest then play with lower doses or just use one, 2g alcar alone was never an issue though.

I did a full tub of ultimah @ 2 scoops and never had an issue with breathing
except for that time i passed out and had to be rushed into the amperlamps room

I mean i don't have the fish body odor taking too much choline suppose to give, the SOB isn't as strong as GABA just more continuous, i suspect it might be something else that i'm currently on that's making me sensitive to anything that increases ACh.

earlier when i took it might have been a little blurry, could've been just tunnel vision but no nausea, diarrhea or upset stomach. Basically just the tight chest and short breath here and there.
