Heat oven to 325.
chop or crush 4 sheets of graham crackers, put a bit of cinnamon in there, and I used 2 scoops of graham cracker protein in the crust (sorry guys). If you don't have that kind of protein you can use more graham crackers or you can use 1/2 cup oats. Then used 4 tbsp of light melted butter and made the mixture into crumbs. then take a tbsp of melted butter and coat bottom of the springform pan. then put in the crust and pat down. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
Ensure all ingredients are room temperature or the cheesecake won't be creamy.
1 1/2 cups of pumpkin
2- 8 oz bars of fat free cream cheese
1-8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
Mix those together then add
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
4 scoops of Vanilla ProNom 23 protein
mix again then add
4 eggs (1 at a time while mixing)
then add
6-8 oz of Greek yogurt (I used Vanilla) You can also use fat free sour cream if you would like
1 tsp vanilla
once it's all mixed pour it into baked crust and bake for 50-60 minutes. Edges will crack and the middle will be almost set. It should hardly move.
Cool for a few minutes, run a knife around edge of pan and let cool a few more minutes and release the collar to the pan. remove collar and place in fridge for several hours or over night!Sarah- NASM CPT

Just finished the halo 4 campaign on legendary, definitely the best one yet IMO; the story was fantastic, and game play was excellent.
