I never said 500% I was only arguing there is a difference. Its probably minimal, but there is a difference, and this likely plays a role. One way to test it would be to take a picture of a mirror image. If you still think the photo looks better than a usual photo then its a processing difference. If they look the same, then the difference is likely do to how you view mirrors versus photos

After reading the sauces you provided (which i did request due to a legit desire to see what you were talking about) I agree there is a difference. But for the purpose of this thread, it does not explain the wizardry that the OP claims. It may play a role in how we see ourselves, but not staggering. If you think you look like a 9/10 aesthetic kunt (and you arent delusional or mentally impared) then you are probably pretty close. no homer

Not true. But people see themselves as less attractive in pictures than in the mirror because they're not used to seeing this flipped image of their face; your brain will exaggerate your asymmetries. A picture isn't entirely accurate either because it's a 2-dimensional image. If you want to know what you really look like, take a mirror and hold it at a 90 degree angle from another mirror and look into it. You'll probably be taken back a little. Like I said, your brain will exaggerate your asymmetries (unless your face is 100% symmetrical-- which is rare).

If you actually think anything less than a high end camera is an accurate representation of yourself urine idiot.

The brain may distort yourself when viewing in a mirror but this makes no difference whether your face is symmetrical or not.

A ****ty camera lense is going to distort the **** out of your face. What you see in the mirror is what you get most of the time.

The reason people are photogenic or not is because of their face fat. People with sharp features (low bf) will look good in any angle or lighting.

Fat people are the ones who look like crap because their face is like an oval so different angles make the face look weird.

Short answer: get to single digits if you want to be photogenic
