Note the following - dry yet hard and rounded muscle bellies, great amount of mass, shredded, striated delts and huge traps, abs bulging like a mofo.

Natty off-season:



Note - 12% bodyfat and over, does not look like a serious lifter, generally looks un-impressive.

Note - Still under 10% bodyfat, f*ckload of water retention, visible juicy abs despite claiming to be 12%, looks pretty cut, still looks impressive.

The criteria you use (the abs bs for example) don't tell you anything about whether they juice or not, they all come down to genetics.

And what's with this shoulder criterium? I know lots of guys on the juice with bad delts and vice versa.

Do they look good? Then they're on the juice.
