For chicken or steak that is healthy for you? I really like A1 sauce and ketchup. Hate hot sauce. But what do you guys recommend that is good for you and good tasting?

For chicken, I love some Texas Pete Buffalo wing sauce w/ ranch or blue cheese on the side.
I do not dip a good steak in anything, but if its a crappy steak, I use A1.There is no spoon.

For chicken dipping.
Tapatio, oil, crushed peanuts parsley and PB. Cook oil and crushed peanuts with Tapatio, add parsley wait min then pb to thicken at end.
Really good with shrimp too.The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

I don't pour the whole bottle on the food, it's used a condiment, similar to ketchup to enhance the flavor of the food. For example, weekend breakfast is always scrambled eggs with bacon, crab and cheese topped with some Valentina, adds a smoky flavor as well to complement the crab. There are ajust a ton of bottles because I buy them on sale. Also, definitely don't put hot sauce on everything, it only works for me with certain foods. I routinely have dinner parties and know how to use seasonings appropriately but that doesn't mean I can use some hot sauce occasionally.
