I just started weight training at school 2 1/2 months ago. I also started doing Zyzz's workout routine last week and just finished my first week using it. I am turning 15 next month. I am 5'6 and weigh 171 lbs with a BF of 21.6% / BMI of 27. I start swim team for my high school next week and have practice every day. The only supplement I take is 2 scoops of MuscleTech Whey Plus post-workout. I take 1 fish oil cap, 1 calcium chew, and 1 Centrum multi-vitamin every day. Bench max is 165 lbs and I'm not sure of the rest of my 1RMs.
My goal BF is 10-11% and to have the same body type as Zyzz. Do you think I can achieve this by ~2017? Thanks.

I haven't looked at zyzz routine but i can almost guarantee it is trash compared to lyle mcdonalds or various other great beginner routinesLong live Visagex
