Hey guys.
I'm doing HST and have been for the past couple weeks. Just want to make sure I'm doing it right with the progression.
Example of one of my lifts
Overhead Press
15's
Week 1&2
40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65(15RM)
Week 3&4
10's
50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75(10RM)
Week 5&6 (and 7&8)
5's
70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95(5RM.. much higher now because of muscle memory... not sure if I should raise all of these)
