Honestly, that's too much house in my opinion. Yeah, it's nice and all that, but the maintenance on that bitch, utilities, as well as cost to keep up that boat(assuming the owner has his own) is enough to put you under. Nah, I'm cool.
I'd be content with a 3,000 square foot home. I can do the yard myself, utilities won't be that much depending on my usage and I can actually enjoy the house for what it is.
