Ronnie colemans newest video
26 years old 5'8'' 196 lb's lean.
Personal best lifts so far:
Floor Deadlift-415-5 reps
Bench 275 3-reps touch chest pause press
squat-315-1 full ass to the floor squat
Standing barbell behind neck power press 225-1 rep
These are all full range of motion reps without any help from a partener.

talked to him today, 99.9% sure he will have them by the arnold. It keeps getting delayed but he said he wanted to make sure he had them by the arnold.
