So today is day 85 of the Kris Gethin 12 Week Hardcore Training Program for me. I would say it paid off. Take a look at the pic and let me know what yo think. That's Day 1 and Day 85. Time to figure out what's next.

shredded as fuark, good job. On the bulk if you keep up the lifting your waist shouldn't grow much even if you gain some fat.

Great results man! I'd say for a good bulk now. Should definitely work on developing the chest a bit more. Seems like it is lagging compared to the rest of your body.

I agree on the bulking, guys. As for my chest, I'm not flexing it at all in this pic. Thought it was actually coming along ok. Guess I'll have to post another pic with this to get a second opinion from you guys. I appreciate all the words of encouragement. Helps me to feel like I really got it done. Gotta see how long I wanna bulk for and then cut again. Loving this.

25lbs. 185 to 160. Not sure what was fat lost and muscle gained out of that.
