i have just under 1 cup of oats + banana and a scoop of on whey in light milk.. also im cutting down now and i wanna drop my cals, just thinking on what i should be removing.. thanks

I have 1 cup eggwhites
2.25oz oats
1 whole egg
and 12oz of veggies
all mixed and cooked together
Also if you are trying to cut cals, I advize you to cut cals from other meals not your pre/post workout meals or breakfast. Once you have cut cals from all other meals then look to ur pre/post as a last resort.

im in the unfortunate position of training first thing in the morning and have a rather weak stomach (especially at the intensity i like to operate at) so I just have some whey, bcaa's + honey prewo and have a during/post shake of whey bcaa dex - then a massive PWO meal. Also my prebed is quite large and contains carbs to help assist my morning energy
