Slacking on updating but not training. I'll update this tomorrow. Got the last of my supps in, 14 weeks til my contest. Monday the intensity revs up as will the volume and weight. Diet will improve 100%. I'll even start working abs

Just messing. Subbed along for the ride. Are your competition lifts odd numbers because of the weight of the clips?
Edit: Also in terms of creatine and casein; I'm not sure what your in to for types of creatine but if it's just monohydrate, I use Allmax which is straight CreaPure. Also in terms of casein, Universal's CnC Casein Pro is delicious.
