Any pics of your progress, or just raw weight + strength numbers? I just started CBL myself and I'm very optimistic. I've been one of those life long lifters with slow modest gains and found a plateau over the last 4/5 years where I haven't gained much strength. I've always had the training there but never a diet that really complements it, so I'm looking forward to program.

10 minute supersets 5 reps per exercise- goal is to increase number of sets in 10 minutes
1. mil press with monster mini bands 95# and db rows 100# - 5 sets total, mil press was very light in hand but the bands really changed it at the top by the 4th set
2. front raise 40# and tricep pressdowns 100# - 8 sets

Trained at the fitness center at work today. Also started Aromavex from BSN prior to today's workout.
Pause bench all sets of 3 reps. 135 to 235 making 20# jumps per set
Db clean and press 25x10 4 sets

Tomorrow is 7 weeks out from my contest, 6 hard training weeks then the contest week. I still do some training the week of the contest but nothing stupid. Stupid will be the next six weeks. I abandon common sense and train til I puke then add in HIIT. I need to get my endurance up since last year I finished dead last in the tire flip due to not being in shape. Not this year. I have a strict diet high in protein, all the supps I need (may add in ZMA if anyone wants to send me some) and I have something to prove to myself. Minimum is a 700# deadlift, 45 seconds on the 265#/hand farmers hold and breaking 50 seconds on the tire flip. Buckle up gents, its going to be a fun 6 weeks
