Big day tomorrow. Competing for the first time in almost exactly a year. I weighed in right at 231 so I'll be competing as a lw master. Then as long as I don't break, the next stop is Vegas in September.

I'll get starting a new log in the workout section. I'm done with strength sports after this latest injury. Knee surgery is next Wednesday the 19th. It's been a fun ride, lots of highs and lows. But my 3rd surgery in 3 years is a sign I need to listen to my body. I'll still lift but it will be more bb style. I want to get down to about 200#
