    Just messing. Subbed along for the ride. Are your competition lifts odd numbers because of the weight of the clips?

    Edit: Also in terms of creatine and casein; I'm not sure what your in to for types of creatine but if it's just monohydrate, I use Allmax which is straight CreaPure. Also in terms of casein, Universal's CnC Casein Pro is delicious.

    I was thinking KGs was the answer, but it strikes me odd that they would use KGs in the US. I used them in France though and it was quite a transition of thinking when all the numbers are so much smaller.
