I am not entirely new to working out, but I have taken time off of a regular routine. This is the first time that I have decided to use some fat burning suppliments aside from coffee and green tea. I went to the GNC and was going to try some of those Green Coffee pills and was talked into the GNC Mega men Powered Ripped Vitapak program. I have taken it for three days now. I have noticed a few things. I pee a lot more. Im thirsty. It seems like am constantly hungry. I was jogging with a 20 lb weight vest on. Now I dont have the stamina to were the vest. I dont know if I should take other suppliments with this--like pre workout performance boosters. I dont know if I should increase carbs or protien. I do want to ad muscle, but I want to loose 50 lbs. The other issue I have is that I think this stuff might be effecting my sexual performance. Over the past few days I have been able to get an errection but have not had very good orgasms. I once read that a man con have sex on ******* for a long time but he will have great difficultly having an orgasm on it. Could the stimulants in the Vitapack program have a similar effect? I have not take this stuff very long so I can not say for sure. Any other shared opinions, advice or experiences would be appreciated.

I did try the RIP Pak for the first month I started working out, yes it makes you sweat, yellow pee, and hungry, but with a good diet eating not to late makes a big difference. Cut the fast food and high sugar drinks as well, and cook your own meals. On the pak I had no problems with it but I wouldn't get it again its too pricey for what it offers. Look around and see what your body will react to. Good Luck and push on.

Weight gainers are a waste of money.
Not everyone who drops **** on you is your enemy.
Not everyone who gets you out of **** is your friend.
And when you're in deep ****, keep your mouth shut!

Let's see:
Peeing More=Waterex. It's a Diuretic it helps get rid of water weight.
Hungry=Thermo is having you burn more calories when you're already on a deficit. There are no appetite suppresant qualities in that Pak...sorry bro.
Sexual Performance=...yeah I don't know about that one maybe the caffeine...prolly not.
I'd say get one of the following (in Order of Excellent Profile)
1.Orange Triad (Duh...I guess that wasn't needed to be said but it's an excellent Multi)
2.NOW ADAM
3. Animal Pak (More similar to The Pak if you MUST have multiple pills in a little baggie)
4. Armor-V
Now what you should do if you want similar effects to the Ripped Pak...but you know effective? At least what I'd recommend in my inexperienced opinion:
Orange Triad
Thermo (Prolly One): Animal cuts (a pak), Super HD (one of the Few Cellucor Products I stand behind+Diuretic), Meltdown, etc. Essentially look for reviews and find one that you can handle (not on here...nothing against BB.com but reviews are not well...policed)
CLA...This is hit or miss for most people. You can get some from GNC either Total Lean or Pro Performance same product different labels. One is 19.99 on sale one is 22.99 Bogo 50. So you make your choice there. Or get it online.
Now if you WANT To use a Diuretic...well you can but wait until near the end of your cutting or it sounds like you're going for a recomp cycle. Water Weight for the most part is temporary.
Speaking of Water weight other basics I'd recommend:
Creatine. While it is often maligned for people getting water weight and therefore would seem like something to not do on a cut, it's excellent for helping to maintain strength and mass while on a calorie deficit.
Ones to Get:
Green Magnitude (Not kissing ass since RaginAzn is in here..it's genuinely an excellent product), ON Creatine Powder (creapure is a more purified form of it). Or if you're on a super budget: Just CReatine Monohydrate.
Now if you go with the last option the thing is you need to make sure you get the pure stuff. Not Creatine HCL (not hating on Con-cret), Not Creatine XXX (Look at the Calorie Content etc.) not Cell Tech, etc. And Definitely not AMP 189 (It's not bad but you can try it out later when you're more...sure of what you're buying). The Only reason I say this is if you're starting out it's better just to go with the most basic stuff in regards to Creatine. For Example: I Swear by Dark matter as being a solid post workout creatine. Would I recommend it over regular Crea mono to a guy who's been lifting for a few months? Nope.
Sorry I tend to explode info at people. That's why when I have customers they enjoy talking to me.
Cliffs:
Exchange the Vitapak (Don't forget your receipt. If they refuse to do the return show them the back of the recepit and say they have to. If they say the system is down demand to get the customer Service number or their RSD's Number)
Exchange them for: CLA and Basic Creatine Mono Hydrate.
Buy a Thermo (Online or there Your Call.)
OR
Return the vitapak for a full refund (Read comments before about receipt)
Buy Orange Triad
Buy a Thermo (Meltdown/OeP/Animal Cuts/Super HD)
Buy CLA (Not Personally Sold on it but hell I have customers who swear by it...but then again they shop at GNC)
Optional:
Buy Green Mag/Creapure Crea Mono/Crea mono
Near end of Cutting/Recomp cycle (Prolly after using Crea Mono, as they give water Bloat...not Green Mag though : P): Diuretic. I've seen people use Xpel To great effect. L2 is another good one but it is significantly more pricey. Waterex (which is in the Vitapak) isn't terrible but I have tons of complaints about Kidney pain...which you expect but it's disproportionately more than compared to the other two mentioned.
Sorry if this seems like a jumble of ideas : \. Any and all corrections to my suggestions would be welcome but I'm trying to do my part as a responsible salesperson to educate a customer...even if it isn't my customer.
Ending Note: As already mentioned a clean diet and solid routine is the best way to cut weight. No amount of Thermos or diuretics or healthy fats can change that.

for women
I am a woman who began taking the vita pak about 2 week ago in order to cut a bot of fat% and get more definition. Ive found that for me there is a mild appetite suppressant, which makes me not want to eat, even when i know i need to. However, when i got into the habit of forcing enough food and water down to accomidate the vita pak , my workouts were more exlosive (prepare for alot of sweat!) i can lift heavier weights, and i feel awesome. I definately recommend this to men and women. It just takes a little time adjusting to the diet requirements to maintain energy. I ♥ it!

Advice please !
Im 21 years old, around 165 lbs. Been working out for 3 months now. Been on C4 Extreme pre workout for about a month now and my body has accustomed to it. I benefit very well from it. Great energy & see muscle gain results. Anyways i just bought recently the ripped vita pack program to help me get toned and lose belly fat. I was going in to buy "Sweet Sweat" to help sweat more in the belly area but i was talked into buying the program since it "functions" way better according to the rep. He said to take the pill pack in the morning and since im on C4 pre workout, to also take the RED "energy" pill in the morning since i workout in the evening and to continue with C4. Is this true and safe and will see results? Or did he just use a salesman tactic and not work. I honestly dont like the idea of taking all these pills.. Someone please advise and help me out!

Return it. The GNC salesmen talked you into the vitapack b/c he is required to hit certain #s as they are salesmen, and the vitapack is on the top of the list. It's a low quality, underdosed, fat burner/multi-vitamin. As far as "fat burners" goes, your best bet is to do some research around these forums, find out what's legit for your goals, and order it for WAY cheaper online.

GNC is a joke....stick to the pros
so i have come to the conclusion after the last four years of different supplements and vitamins GNC doesnt know **** except what they are told and even then its total ****. I went in and asked about fish oils their response its good because its like wd40 and lubes your joints........WRONG ASS jockey it promotes heart health...... is it ok to use a water pill as a thermogeneic?......they reply whats a thermogenic?.....is that like a diet pill? why yes it is ok to take it everyday theres no side effects. What makes your vitapaks better then say gaspari anavite or optinum nutritions optimen? Well sir there is more pills to take and the all help your body.....ok how so? ummmmmmm......yeah ok you guys are useless all of the stuff you said is lies and bull****. The best part the person i talked to was a manager.
