What is the funniest things youve seen happen in your gym! Great stories welcomed!
Personally for me, i saw to kids with huge egos attempt to much on bench press! they loaded up 115 on the bar and the kid tried to do a rep, little did he know he was way to weak to get even one rep. the bar dropped on him and his friend could not lift it off his chest. Through vigourous struggle the boy ended up falling on the floor and being pinned by the bar and his friend frantically attempting to lift it off him. So, i do the Superman thing and walk over and one handedly pick the bar up and rack it. (i felt like a beast for a split second haha) and went back to my lifting!
what about you guys?

at my school gym a kid takes 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 lb dumbells and lays em all out on the floor and does bicep curls until failure with all the different dumbells. kids a huge ******* too.
usually i only workout at my school gym so its always people doing curls. using the only power rack for bb curls, using the only bench for bb curls, using the only adjustable bench for db curls, the kids at my school are kunts.Wutang Forever

Saw two really skinny filipino kids dressed up in the gym. They went to the bench and put one plate on each side. Both tried lifting it and could not, so they left the gym without even putting the weights back.

I usually work out a school gym as well, so I see stupid stuff all the time. 75% of the kids I work out with only do dumbbell curls and 0-plate squats.
The worst thing I've ever seen at a local gym was when a 16 year old kid was struggling to curl 10 pound dumbbells, so he put one dumbbell in his pants (at this point everyone was staring at him), put a 5-pound dumbbell in either of his hands and started doing calf raises on a bench that I was about to use. He was totally serious too. I gave him the nickname dumbballs after that, and now no one calls him by his real name anymore.
Also I've seen this a couple times -

I once saw this ******* trying to look big as he picked up the bar that was stuck on a skinny kid that attempted bench. The skinny kid's friend was helping him but that phucker walked over and picked the bar up and made the kids look bad. Then He went and curled in the squat rack wtf??

Look me in the eye. It's okay if you are scared, so am I, but we are scared for different reasons. I am scared of what I willn't become, you are scared of what I could become. Look at me! I will not let myself end where I started, I will not let myself finish where I begin. I know what is within me, even if you can't see it yet. Look me in the eyes, I have something more important than courage, I have patience. I will become what I know I am.
