I am brand new to this community, but I am hoping to find some really good advice here!
I have just started on my road to weightloss and fitness - have tried many times and failed miserably....this time I refuse to!
I have started taking Lipo-6 (which I tried before, but not very consistently). Yohimbe is now illegal in Canada - so it has become quite difficult to find the good stuff, however I found somewhere that will always have it in stock!
I am also taking CLA, and GNC Ultra-mega women's multis.
The guy at the store where I got the Lipo-6 also threw in a bottle of NOW Thyroid Energy?? I don't know anything about it.
I am meeting with a highly recommended trainer on Saturday, so hopefully she can set up at good workout and nutrition plan for me.
I am 5'2", and my starting weight is 137lbs
I am open to any suggestions or constructive critism. My ultimate goal is to compete in a fitness competition within 2 years (lofty, I know!!)
Time for me to work on some consistency!
