Were you in the squat rack when this happened or outside it?

Sounds like what you are feeling is the strain you placed on your biceps tendon at it's attachment near the end of the ulna (elbow bone). If you can bend your arm, even in pain, you might have strained the tendon. If you cannot move it, it may be torn. In either case, you need to see a doctor as it will not heal properly if left unattended.
"Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it." ~ Raymond Chandler

You strained a bicep tendon or possibly tore it to some degree. BTDT and it ruptured, you do not want that to happen. Stay away from the weight room or do no exercises that put ANY strain on it. You need to be very cautious with this injury. A distral bicep rupture is an ugly injury.

Good job on having the intellect to see a doctor. Be careful of not just curls though. Any exercise that the arm is straight and under load, like a deadlift. The curl danger is at the bottom of the exercise when load is placed on a stretched tendon. Once you blow out a bicep tendon your training will be permanantely compromised.
