    Post your lifting videos

    I'll be the first , this friday 315x3
    I did 375 squat also but I forgot to hit record Im 1 month away from my first meet of the season right on track to hit my new best PR at my new BW of 165lb


    and this is last winter January 3 weeks from my last meet of the season where I hit a 425lb squat @180lbs



    so start posting ..it doesn't mater what the numbers are it's not a competition
    just a way to talk about it in general and to get some inspiration ..

    We'll use this thread for the pull-ups video thread. Some members posted interested in having a pull-ups "contest". Although it would be good for anyone to enter even if they think they can't win as it gives you a short time frame to improve your back as much as possible.

    The end date is Nov 5th. You have to post a video to confirm your pull-ups. I'll done the $50 GNC gift card I won as a prize to whoever wins.

    I've been doing a modified Texas method , just something that i find works well for me
    but I used smolov jr for my bench that sucks really badly .. are you into powerlifting ?

    yeah fortunately my gym lets me use chalk, they are very relaxed
    sometimes I complain but it's a pretty good place , I just wish there where other power lifters to train with

    I suggest you stick with Starting Strength for as long as you can , I don't know at what point you are with SS so I couldn't comment on whether you should move on or not but it's not really how much you lift

    if you have really stalled assuming diet, rest and everything else is in check then maybe it's time for a reset

    That's awesome that they are cool with that. A lot of commercial gyms by me are really strict with that. Don't any PLers from the local meets you go to live near you?
    Unfortunately the guys I lift in NY are all at least 1.5 hrs away , theres a good pl gym 45 minutes away but I am too lazy to drive up there lol

    I haven't taken a video since I hurt my back and went back to the girly weights. I'm getting close to respectable weights, so maybe it's time.
