that is one of the best squats I have seen in a while and so is your deadlift ... minus the issues we discussed

135 pound deadlift...I'm using too much back...right? my back isn't happy with me right now and this video hurts my back to even look at it ... blah. I'm not happy with it. Tips on form would be greatly appreciated...
I couldn't even do a 2nd set
Edit: and I could only do half of a weighted pull-up today, with two baby kettlebells. better luck next time, I hope!

Sorry I can't rep you still on recharge.... consider that doing weighted pull ups it's a way to improve your bodyweight p-ups ,
now I want to see your overhead press
as far as your DL goes it's as close to perfection as you possibly can.. didn't I tell you 135 was going to be easy ??? you have more in you on both DL and squat

Without a squat rack, that's probably what I'd do, too. Starting from the bottom has its benefits anyway. I wouldn't be stepping over the bench though -- I'd either do box squats on it or walk back to end of the bench to clear it.
Your deadlifts look good. If you feel like you're using too much back, maybe it means you're not using enough core. Or maybe your back's just the weak link.

I told you you'd be fine you hit new weight don't expect to feel like nothing happened
if you are like me i cant DL heavy weight more than 2-3 times a month, you squat a lot like me so
it's important to work on technique more than trying to max all the times.. squat goes up , deadlift goes up as wellwho says love has to be soft and gentle ?

can't somebody rep me please? I'm trying hard but I'm so far in the red...lol
105 pound squats ... finally into triple digits now so I'm happy!
135 pound deadlift - last week I did 3 reps, today 4, plus my back doesn't feel weird
don't know what's up with my pullups today ...only one and a half... maybe next time :/

I am pretty sure you can squat more than 105 your form is so good it looks like your warmup
I think you are close to be able to DL 225 and squat 185, not saying you should try yet but
if you had a rack would make a huge difference in your confidence ..
