Why not right?
So lets start this off with what this is. This will be my supplement log for the next 6 months where i will be logging most of all what supplements i am using during that time. I will have a base of supps which i will use and then i will be throwing in some different supps from time to time, mainly pre workouts and proteins, to change things up and give people some insight on those products. Of course the lead supp will be APE, but that is a few months away so there will be lots to log before and after that. This log will also include some videos, recipes, motivation, and probably most of all, other people trolling my log.
About Me:
So what are my goals. Lets start this off with some simple numbers:
Current----------> Competition Goals
Squat- 315 ----------> 355
Bench- 270 ----------> 285
Deadlift- 480 ----------> 520
Pull ups- 39 ----------> 45
Wt. Pull up- 312 ----------> 330
These will be good goals since they will be in a meet and a lot more strict than just gym lifts.
Ok so what else? Current weight is about 170. Goal weight is whatever. Nothing set just gonna eat and lift heavy and then when it comes time to cut i will make a goal weight for that. Not gonna really focus on the scale since i have been for the last 10 months and i am tired of it. So the plan is for 16 weeks of bulking, followed by 16 weeks of cutting. I think these are good time periods and will get me to where i want to be. APE will be used for the last 6 weeks of the bulk and first 2 weeks of the cut. I may add other activites in during this time but the main goal is a powerlifting meet in April 2013. Everything else will just be a step towards reaching those meet goals.
Diet:
So here is the plan. More detailed diets will be posted during my cut part of this log. For the bulk phase i will just be trying to meet my calories as clean as possible.
Supplements:
These are the base supps and i like i said i will be adding different supps in as i go to switch things up.
Workout Routine:
I will be using 5/3/1 with some bodyweight weeks mixed into it. Current maxes are below and below that the way my weeks will be set up. Im not going to be posting up a set routine since i make them up on the day, with the exception of what 5/3/1 calls for on that day. Main goal here is a powerlifting meet so the Big 3 are the priority and then i will be throwing in whatever accessory lifts i want to do on that day.
And now the first update. Seeing as i am recovering from Shingles and Impetigo, workouts will not be starting for about 8 more days im thinking. Once i post up Day 1 the plan will start and i will post up the beginning pics and get this thing started...

Yes the base is great. Will try and get a few more in for some comparisons.
So if i start on the 22nd that puts me starting APE around New Years. Cut would begin ~Feb 11th, gives me about 10 weeks before the meet to get down to weight and then another 6 weeks after that to get some aesthetics before the summer, ending this around June 2. I was so gunna do this once my APE log was over. I'm sold on creatine RT and Presurge...though I liked adding beta alanine and agmatine to it...hint new presurge formula maybe maybe eh?
I'm gunna go into an epic bulk cut transformation:
