Cycle 2: APE Day 40:
Thoughts of the Day:
Some much needed heavy weight, pain free! Im sure most of you know how difficult it is to come back from even a small injury and add some weight on, hoping that it doesnt re aggravate it. Went up to some good weight today, easy singles, and stopped short of having to start grinding through the reps. Enough to give my legs a workout but didnt get stupid and push it too far. Very happy with todays workout.
On another note im drinking so much damn water, im holding about 5lbs daily. Idk if its the heat or something in the Presurge/LIV. Definitely not a bad thing cause im super hydrated but the scale is going crazy from morning to night.

Thoughts of the Day:
Gym was empty, just the way i like it. Some cardio and leg accessory work. Really had a good workout and definitely feel like i can come back stronger with legs from all this rest.

Thoughts of the Day:
Felt crappy the last two days for some reason. Thought maybe i was getting sick but idk. Been eating and drinking a lot to try and maybe not get sick and felt a lot better today. Squats are feeling good. Everything is deep and these new shoes seem to be helping with maintaining better form.

Final Post:
Well i think that time has come to end this thread. With MTCS busy with work half the thread is missing and I think its been a good run but my goals have changed and I dont plan on using APE for awhile.
Ive done multiple reviews of APE in previous logs so i think its redundent to do another and quite honestly between being sick and injured over the last 8 months i never really got in a good groove with lifting so i dont think its worth reviewing anything at this time.
The log will be open and still subbed so if anyone has any questions about APE or anything else you can post them in here or PM me. Thanks for everyone who followed along and provided motivation. It was a good run, fell short in a lot of areas but learnt a lot along the way.
