Found out some bad news today, best friends Dad is dying (rare disease). Really sucks since its a close friend so ive been close with his parents for a long time and this guy is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. So sad that he is gonna go out so quick and by such a ****ty disease.

The base gym sucks and there are so many people that really should be going to Anytime Fitness instead of being in the gym. The equipment is over used and under maintained but it's all I have so either I use it or quit...and I am def not quitting!
