APE Day 4/Transformation Contest Day 4:
Thoughts of the Day:
Sickening workout today. I can remember that last time i did DB Seated Shoulder Press but im pretty sure my max was 1 rep with 55 and today smashed that. I have been doing a lot of shoulder work lately since that is a big weakness and looks like progression is being made there. Rest of the workout was decent too, lowered the weight on Bench so i can start hitting some good sets since that seemed to have stalled again recently.

Question on the green coffee extract. The one you take - how many mg and how many times per day altogether?
I just picked up one that says 2 before meals (800mg). If I do 3x /day that would leave me with 15 days of product. 2x/day gives me an extra week. Thoughts?Cellucor Black Ops

APE Day 7/Transformation Contest Day 7: Week 1 Review
Thoughts of the Day:
Holy fuark my legs are shot. Positive side, intense leg day Wednesday, negative side, worthless day at the gym today. Was not really worth the pain to push through. Thought about hitting deadlifts tonight but decided to wait 24 hours and start the week with some heavy lifts. So yeah i guess thats that.
Week 1 Review:

So could be better all around. Workouts were very good for the most part so cant complain there and got 5 good workouts in which is the plan, as much as i would love to get 6 intense sessions, thats probably not gonna happen 9 out of 10 weeks. Diet could have been better. Not cheating more so along the lines of carb distribution and getting enough calories in everyday. Cardio was ****, not really an issue for fat loss more along the lines of just getting in shape. My endurance is crap right now and needs to improve over the next 5 months. So a slightly above average week to start things off, minor changes to be made to make the next week more productive.
APE Review:
Not much to report after 1 week. Increased vascularity and definitely a much better pump in the gym, training fasted makes it much easier to notice a difference in this. Not gonna instantly produce results so more to report on this in the coming weeks.

Good workout but we all know I want great. I dunno, for one its cold as hell here which makes lifting in a garage thats like 20 degrees miserable. If the weather doesnt warm up im gonna have to go to the gym every workout for the next few weeks because this workout was just miserable. Weighted Pull ups were decent at least, goal was sets of 10, as you can see some had to be broken up with the heavier weights. Hopefully i can get those reps per set back up.

Out of all my exercise groups, my shoulders feel the strongest! I can see the most development there over anything else! I am having a hard time making my 2350 calorie goal and am apprehensive to add things that may affect my carbs! It may be time to drop the calories. Tomorrow is deadlifts and goal is 350x6! I'm sure I will destroy that!
