Day 37!
Thoughts of the Day:
Day 36 was an off day. Had a sleep study and I don't know how anyone sleeps during one of those things cause I had more wires connected to me than I have run for my Christmas decorations! Today was back and an good day it was. I had the extra motivation to push above and beyond and had great results!

Day 38!
Thoughts of the Day:
Bench day! Pushed a little beyond my 5/3/1 numbers and had great success. Wasn't by much but good. That means for next week I will have to adjust my numbers there too. So, on a side note, I tried the Optimum Nutrition Pre and thought it was ok with no big differences from most of the other pre-workouts, but I can say this, you have to drink it quick as the aftertaste is bad! It's a pre-workout that you just have to get used to the taste if you add it to your supplements. I had a 2 serving sample pack and used both and had most of the same effects as C4 or Pre-surge of any of the others.

Thoughts of the Day:
Finally a good leg day. Idk if its because i have gone to strict ATG squats or i just havent been focused but this is the first leg day in this log i actually feel like i wasnt acting like a bitch in the gym. The last single was hard but not too hard. I think heavy deads have definitely helped my squats stay up because like i said leg days have been uneventful for the last 6 weeks till now.

Legs day and an early end to my week! Unlike last week when I just wasn't feeling my lift, today was more that I could have expected! The head, heart and soul were all in it and I could feel the motivation in each and every lift!

Probably need more recovery time before hitting deads again but its too late to say that now. Reps were heavy but got them done. Probably wont hit deadlifts for a week to get some good recovery time.
