I understand the frustration. I know as a parent, i would have been raging as well.
You do however, have to be careful about raising too much hell over it.
Kids are going to be kids. If this particular kid had a pattern of this behavior towards your son,
and there was some negligence by the wrestling coach, in the form of him not disciplining that kid, yea
raise some hell.
In this case i think you did the right thing. Mean muggem, and get your son some treatment.

Day 31!
Bro, glad to see you back at it!
Bro, as a parent, there is nothing I won't do for my son! At the end of the day, his mom and I are the only two that will stick up for him and be there for him. I do expect coaches and other parents to do the right thing and if they don't, atleast I did!
Thoughts of the Day:
It's truly awesome to see the progress I make each week in the gym! My numbers are getting back to where they were prior to my underway and I am feeling stronger with every lift. What is even more impressive is when I meet a younger person in the gym and they take the time to compliment me on my progress because they have seen me in the gym day in and day out. Or, when they actually come to me and ask me for advice on what exercises or supplements they could be using to improve themselves!
Supplements Taken:
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Hydro-whey
3 tabs Optimum Nutrition Opti-men
2 scoop of Cellucor C4
6 caps of Intraxcell
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Hydrobuilder (post workout)
Training:
Deadlift-
135x10
170x10
205x10
220x5
255x5
290x8
Barbell Good-mornings-
135x12
155x12
165x12
175x12
185x12
Hanging Leg Raises-
3 sets of 10 (w/15 lb dumbbell between feet)
2 sets of 8 (w/20 lb dumbbell between feet)
Back Extensions (w/45 lb weight)
5 sets of 15
Today was a good day and the motivation was high! I wish every day would turn out like today, but sadly, they won't! I am always motivated to do my best!

Still you ran 50 fuking mile dude. Thats insane. This one time, I ran like ~12 miles on a "master guns run". This skinny ass Italian moto MGySgt took me and like 200 Marine/Sailors E6 and below on this run around the base. I just remember it being hours long, going home and showering and fell asleep then got a phone call and got in trouble for not showing back up at work at the prescribed time lulz. /csb
Fuk yeah bro. Watching you smash PRs motivates me to do the same.I am currently prepping for a Bodybuilding show, follow my journey :

I think the workout was pretty solid but I could have done more. Next week is a new week with hopefully some renewed motivation! It's easier if I could just say I was sick, but when I'm lacking motivation, it just makes everything go to shyte!

Just catching up in here. You guys are doing awesome!
MTCS - sorry to hear about your son. Hopefully he's recovering well. No worries about the lack of motivation. I just went through some of that this week and had a good workout last night. You'll smash it next time.

Looks like your guys numbers are improving; hows the bodyweight moving?
Rich, Youre going to have an "off" day from time to time. Dont beat yourself up over it. Just remember that consistency is key and as long as youre putting forth the effort the results will follow.I am currently prepping for a Bodybuilding show, follow my journey :

Day 35!
Thoughts of the Day:
Day 34 was an off day and with my upcoming cruise on Friday, I had to start my week early. The motivation was definitely back. The lifts were good. When the heart, mind and lift are all in sync then it feels like the day was a success. When the motivation is lacking, it doesn't matter if I hit my numbers, I just feel like the day was a had to rather than wanted to day!
Supplements Taken:
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Hydro-whey
3 tabs Optimum Nutrition Opti-men
2 scoop of Cellucor C4
6 caps of Intraxcell
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Hydrobuilder (post workout)
Training:
Military Press-
60x10
75x10
95x10
110x5
125x5
140x8
Dips (w/35 lbs)-
15 reps (x3)
12 reps (x2)
Chin-ups-
3 sets of 10 (w/ 10 lb weight)
2 sets of 10 (without weight)
Lat Machine-
80x15
85x15
90x15
95x12
100x10
The numbers felt good today. It won't be long til I am back and passing my PR for military press of 175. I appreciate the extra motivation provided by E_P_C and burlyman, it was very much needed! Tomorrow is an off day as I have VA appts for retirement in the AM and a sleep study in the PM for my resting health! Back at it on Tuesday for deadlifts with my max weight for the day of 305!

Nice workout man! Are you trying to get in the gym on the cruise ? I am about to face that vacation challenge as well-road trip across the country. Theres been quiet a few "going away" parties but I still had to make it in the gym lol. Dont let all your gains go away brah!
