Thoughts of the Day:
Yesterday was a good off-day and I felt as if I was slacking! I too hate off days as I feel like I am being lazy or not giving my 100% on my off days. Today was devoted to arms to get me set up for a fast forward week of 5 3 1 and then Navy retirement!
