Sick work ML, 8 sets of pullups is srs business on top of all the other lat work. Nice to see you hit some DLs! I agree keep em light with higher reps to still get work in without risk of injury.

hack squat we build up from 4 plates ended doing 10 plates (each side) total of 20 plates .. one his back hurt him and the other one wanted to leave the gym
then leg press 7 plates each side up to 15 plates each side
then leg extensions , and standing+seated leg curls , calves 2 exercises
thats it for today .. cant feel my leg
my training partner was afraid when we put 8 plates , cuz he is a cheater he make excuses on legs day and dont train with me (he usually go up to 6 maximum 7 plates each side)
anyway we put 8 plates , with the first rep he was afraid of the weight .. stopped at 4 reps (half reps not even full)
me i have the i don't care if my leg broke today , put 10 plates u fukn b!ches .. wrapped my legs , put the belt and horraaaaaaaa 6 reps of peace
