It's easy to down 1600 calories worth of milk and peanut butter in one go. Just a heads up. 5000kcal would not be too difficult doing it like this, I can regularly hit 4500kcal/day and I'm as food averse as it gets. Two of these shakes a day and you've got just 1800kcal to make up with whatever you like. Less is more when it comes to shakes, adding multiple ingredients makes them hard to down. 400g PB/day intake here

I train with an olympic/raw powerlifter on occasion and do train kind of like a powerlifter on certain bodyparts/rep ranges. My bone structure may be contributed to being allergic to regular/human milk as a baby so i could only drink goat milk...lmfao i like powerlifting but the longevity of bodybuilding far exceeds that of powerlifting joint/tendon wise.
