Bulking cals i try and hit 4500-5000 a day, i eat relatively clean. Lots atleast 2-3 syntha-6 shakes a day with a large amount of peanut butter/string cheese/whole eggs and egg whites/whole wheat bread/ and atleast 1 double meat chipotle burrito a day. If im low on cals ill eat just about anything to meet them. I have trouble getting to 5000 and some days i only hit 4k :/ Only beverage i drink is water with occasional binges of lemon lime gatorade if carbs are low before workouts. My macros are roughly 400-500carbs/ 160-220 fats/ 290-370 protein

I train single bodyparts during workouts. So i train 6 days a week usually rest on a friday or saturday. Sometimes i train 2 times a day once in the morning and once in the evening. I hit every bodypart atleast once a week or i try to. So quads/hams/triceps/biceps/shoulders/back/chest exct each have their own workout. The only bodypart that i dont hit exclusively is abs or calves. Calves i try and hit atleast 2-3 times a week.. abs.... sometimes never lol. For cardio i usually do stair master or interval sprints at like 70% speed. Cardio is very rare though currently though as im having trouble keeping cals up.
