Just curious, what makes you want to sleep longer? Are you having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? Do you feel unrested when you wake?

Top Secret Nutrition has a product called SLEEP which comes in a tablet that dissolves in your mouth without the use of water
which I've found to be quite effective and because you don't need to drink water with it you won't have to get up in the night
to use the bathroom and disturb your sleep.

In the past I have used ZMA quite effectively, but it does not work for everyone. Lately I have been using NightRest - it's cheap and very effective.

Melatonin, ZMA, and GABA have all worked well for me in the past and no I did nt mix them all together.

Depends on if it's strictly a sleep sup you are looking for or something with some added benefits because I have heard good feedback for Growth Factor from SNS, but as previously mentioned Nimbus Abyss has a great profile.

GABA and Melatonin are always sure to get really well rested sleep.
However i gotta get at least 7-8 hours sleep, otherwise i wake like i drank a bottle of vodka the night before.
I have heard good things about Ronnie Coleman resurrect. Too expensive for me tho.Lifts at 101 KG BW

I started using sleep/gh from prime. It's been helping out a lot when I need that extra kick from the sand man. It aids in my recovery and definitely helps with the sleep.
If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.
