i deal with vacants, but the sad thing is that in the ghetto you see people LIVING in these places. i was training with a guy who took me to a house where there were holes in the ceiling, and the tenants said the previous tenants let their dogs piss and **** on the carpets. the same carpets they had their kids running around on.
i was in one ghetto house where this single mom had like 5 kids, all of them in diapers only. there was a hole in the exterior wall where an air conditioner was supposed to go. when were were doing the exterior inspection one of the babies was ****ing dangling out that hole.
