    How many grams of protein can your body absorb per meal?

    Srs every 2 weeks theres a thread that says your body can only absorb a certain amount of protein per meal and the rest turns into fat. I've heard numbers from 15-40 grams per meal. Is this just broscience? Or am I doing it wrong eating 3 meals a day with 90g of protein in it each?

    oh god not this thread again. continue to eat how you are comfortable, the "you can only digest 25 grams of protein in 2 hours" thing is pointless. "you must spread out your meals, every 2 hours"

    you can absorb any amount of protein in one meal, it will just take longer to digest, the more protein you eat. how long this takes will vary from person to person based on many factors.

    OP idk the answer to your question but make sure u only train one body part per day. U don't want the protein to get confused as to where to go.

    your body can absorb as much as you put into it. its the amount of protein it takes to max out the anabolic state that matters.
