You would be in the 148 weight class. And doesn't your high school have a strength coach that will give you guys the right program and guidance?

Why not play a sport?
And Arian, only if you play a sport. Also, usually they are not that great in the first place.Look me in the eye. It's okay if you are scared, so am I, but we are scared for different reasons. I am scared of what I willn't become, you are scared of what I could become. Look at me! I will not let myself end where I started, I will not let myself finish where I begin. I know what is within me, even if you can't see it yet. Look me in the eyes, I have something more important than courage, I have patience. I will become what I know I am.

Well I figured if he had his 40 in his sig that he was lifting to get better at a sport, like football. And I assumed that even though high school strength coaches may suck, they will still force you to do what program they say and not your own.

this is how our school ran things for the most part. we have also had a bunch of kids come out with major body problems from poor form, or high weight, or w/e
luckily hockey and lacrosse did not have a coach that did this
as said before and will be said again, run starting strength and eat a bunchgym lifts/competition lifts
squat ???/650
bench 545/435
deadlift 600/601
