I like the general idea of your workouts, but I would not recommend this to a complete beginner. Intensity is far too high for someone who is just beginning imo.
For an intermediate lifter or advanced lifter, I have no doubt that your routine will show progress.
However, I feel that you are spending too much time worrying about minuscule details. As long as you are overloading your muscles, you are going to grow. Your routine is no more optimal than any other "progressively overloading" routine. The University of Tennessee

I actually enjoyed the video up to the point where you started describing KOHT V2, but I then got lost in a paradox. You see, it was my understanding the KOHT is optimal, therefore KOHT>
But then this happened and it was claimed that KOHT 2 is optimalz also, therefore KOHT V2>
But then I looked at the and realised KOHT><KOHT V2
THAT MAKES EYES OF SOMEONE WHO'S LAUGHING, KANEVSKIES TROLLING US, THIS HAS ALL BEEN A BIG TROLL, PEOPLE CLAIMED BUT THERE WAS NO BELIEVERS, ALL THE EVIDENCE POINTED TO IT.
KANEVSKIYIE, I'VE CAUGHT YOU, YOU CANT BS AND BSER.
thank you all for you time.

You like the idea of his workouts? This routine is complete ****, how many more accessory exercises do you need to break down the muscle and good luck keeping track of progression...He must be joking or looking for attention, not sure why I care or even took the time to post but will try and forget I even saw this.

I see why you're phuckin red remove the phucking exercises if that's how you feel the point here is elevated protein synthesis while keeping a preferable form of training. My gosh you guys are phucking cry babies. There's powerlifters who squat 6+ times a week with legs a billion times the size of yours are they wrong? The human body has an amazing ability to adapt; should srsly watch layne norton's video on overtraining

**** me. Doing a routine like that during peak times and I'd definitely be working out for over 2 hours. Do not have time for that/10.
Always liked the concept of it but I don't like hanging around for so long.Workout Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168292533&p=1378041213#post1378041213
