Has anyone grown taller after turning 16 and how much did you grow?

I'm 17 and my fast growth spurt has already ended. I'll be very lucky if I ever reach 6'0. I'll be happy with 5'11.

Your body is still growing until your early twenties, albeit very slowly. So you can expect a few more inches until you stop growing altogether.

I know this isn't the answer you want, but go to the doctor and they can tell you if your growth plates are shut. Also males keep growing until age 21, but you would want to check with your doctor to know for sure.

Almost everyone still grows at least an inch after they turn 18.

You will probably grow at least an inch between 16-18 too.

My dad is 5'8.5", mum is 5'6", My grandfathers are like 5'11"-6'2"
Uncles range from 5'6" to some of them 6'1"
Especially on my mums side most males are 6' and over.

I also have a strange mixture.

I'm already taller than my mum and dad, and the only people in my family who are taller than me are my grandma (she's 5'11 or 6') and my uncle (he's at least 6'4) so I'm hoping that I've inherited their height genetics.

if your dad is 5'8.5 and you are already 5'8 at 16 chances are most likely you will pass him

Most people stop growing when they're around 21 years old so you've got plenty of time left to grow. I had a big growth spurt when I turned 19. I grow about 3 or 4 inches.

grew alot when i was 16 lolz it depends on ur genetics i have tall parents my dad is like 6'9 and mom is 6'1 grandpa was tall 2 dont know how much but yeah if ur growth plates are open u grow if closed u wont grow and there is no wonder supplement to grow.

dont measure yourself everyday i only used to do it once a year (unless i noticed a difference myself) on my birthdays (im done now cause im 20) but i hope this helps you out

How so? Imo 6'1" is the best height aesthetic-wise.

Ty for info, according to this you grew like almost 4", maybe through my bad genetics ill grow 2" which is fine for me.
