I wont lie, i was skeptical when she described it to me. There is no lettuce nor American cheese melted over it.
It smelled really good, so my spirits rose. How bad can food taste when is smells ooo good, i thought.
She plated 2 wraps for me. I sat down, cracked a "fart" beer(that is the miller light beer that is not all that good but serves the purpose).
I hacked off a piece and consumed it.
I first noticed the crunch of the wrap then the sweet soft crunch of the onion combined with the tangy taste of the sauce. The chicken was perfectly cooked, not to hard but soft and done.
It was a cornucopia of flavor explosions in my mouth. As i swallowed that first bite it was as tho the food was on a slow down escalator thru my throat. Step by step it worked its way down. Every inch was like a slow "slip and slide" of ecstasy in carnal pleasure. I could barely wait for the next bite. I consumed the 2 entire wraps and begged for more. Trin was going to give me more but i quickly fell into a food coma. I apologized to her in the morning, she forgave me as usual.

No did not have time to make it from scratch since it's a work night. We found the cooking creme at the grocery store and I thought I would give it a try. Very happy with the product.

Here it is Doni
1 lb of chicken breast chopped into small bite size pieces
1 small onion chopped
3 small roma tomato chopped
1 container of the Philly Santa Fe Cooking Creme
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla shells
Take 3 TBS of olive oil and sautee the onions and chicken breast. When it about 5 min from being done toss in the tomato's
then take a baking pan and spray with Pam
take the tortillas and put in a tbs of chicken, shredded cheese and 1 tbsp of the creme. Roll it and put it in the baking pan. Repeat with the remainder of the tortillas and chicken. Then take more shredded cheese on top and the remainder on the creme on top and bake at 350 for 20 min.
That is all there is to it. I think there was a similar recipe on the container, I might have changed it a little.

I'm on a perma cut, when I was drinking I kinda messed up a few vital organs and I put weight on with anything past 1800 cals Keto works best for me just because I am never hungry on it. I am getting there though, slowly but surely grinding my weight down. Mostly I just want to be able to play sports with the children in my family.
Omigosh!!! I'm salivating!!! I will be lurking here a bit until I start contest prep in February

I was going to make fried rice but it morphed into something else
1-1/4 seasoned beef
1lb ham
1lb bacon
16 eggs
green onion
1 bag shredded carrots
and then i deviated from the rice and went with some kind of Asian noodle i had never seen before. It was a knee jerk purchase, time will tell if i can eat it or not.
