So I started at around 310 (maybe a little more) and been cutting for 3 months and doing starting strength and now I`m at 295. (I`m 6'3) by the way)
I`m not trying to get thin I just want to get very lean and ripped, at what weight and bf do you guys think I would be before this happens? I`m thinking in a years time if I keep cutting I may be good. But will this put stress on my body going that long? Would you guys reccomend going at maintence for like 2 weeks eevery few months? I mean I feel find, but I`m just tryng to make sure my health is good.
first pic is when I started July 31, 2nd pic is from yesterday morning when I woke up, 3rd pic is from today about 30-1 hr after working out.

Cutting for a year or more straight, is it safe? And what do you think my BF% is?

You will not be ripped at 220 unless you put on a huge amount of muscle.

Id be encouraged by the progress that 15 pounds made for you. If thats all the faster you want to go that would seem to be fine to lose weight and make noob gains also.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

id say yes it would need to be cycled simply if for no other reason than your body building a tolerance to it.
By the way even if you wanted to ramp up the weight loss a little losing 75 pounds over a year it shouldnt hinder you at all.Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? You don't need to cycle creatine. There's no such thing as creatine tolerance.

Your right it is in steak and other things. The post up above is probably right about there being no such thing as tolerance build up then. Only optimum and not optimum levels per say.

Ok you're not trying to get skinny, you want to get ripped. I get that. But you realize being ripped means having a large amount of muscle mass and very little body fat, right? To be what most people consider "ripped" you need to be below 10% body fat. At 220, I'd say realistically something like 8% bf is ripped. Based on the pictures you posted, you won't be 8% bf at 220. This is not to discourage you, but instead to keep you from being discouraged as you approach 220lbs and you don't look the way you expected. You need to be realistic about this or you'll set yourself up for failure.

We here that all the time, and it might be true for you, but the truth is that you might think you are big, but are just fat.
When I started, beginning of March, I was 275 and thought I had a good base underneath all the fat. I thought 220 would be great. I hit 220 and was still at 25% BF (handheld device) A bit before that goal was reached I realized that sub 200 was the only way I would be ripped. Not that I care that much. If you are seriously lifting the entire time you may not need to lose as much as I did. If you really do have a very good base you may not need to go as low as I need to. From your pictures, I don't see that you look more muscular then I was. Continue losing weight and lifting and see what happens. I was just letting you know, for me, 220 wasn't low enough.

I would recommend cutting until you feel like you can't cut anymore. And then cut another 2 months past that. And then if you can kind of see your abs cut a little longer and then bulk. The leaner you can get on your first big cut, the happier you will be on your first bulk.

You could easily lose more than 15lbs in 3 months. I'm doing a pretty easy cut and lose at least 10lbs/month. This first month of cutting again, I lost 15lbs. Get more aggressive, figure out your daily maintenance and cut calories. You should be able to lose a LOT of fat really fast at the body fat % you are now. It will get harder as you lose more.

I Mean I`m using Myfitness Pal has me eating 900 cal under maintnece ( at 2040) AND I usually only eat about 15-1700 Calories a day just to make sure I`m not going over by wrong estimates. In the first pic I could be 320 really I`m just estimating 310 (I didnt have a scale at the time ) Because looking at the pics I see I lost a decent amount of weight and my pants size went down 4 sizes ( in first pic I was wearing 46 pants and they fit now I~m wearing 40 (with 42s being a little loose)
15 lbs isnt alot but I look diff and my face even lost weight so in reality I could have lost 20 or more lbs I was just estimating since I didnt get a digital scale until a month in, and Im cutting calories at the rate of losing about 2lbs a week, but idk.

At 6'3, I'd say you could eventually be ripped at 220. Years down the road if you work very hard. Here's a good estimate/calculator tool:
http://www.weightrainer.net/bodypred.html
Assuming you have a 7.5 inch wrist and 8 inch ankles you could, possibly, reach a 220 weight at 12% BF. (sort of ripped I guess)
Granted, you'd probably need to get to 190 and slowly put on 30lbs of pure muscle. Just a guess though.

The WeighTrainer

Do you have any particular questions?
The linked article discusses how he came about these calculations and goes a bit more into details.
http://www.weightrainer.net/potential.html
Basically: if you trained until you reached your maximum potential, those would be your stats at between 8 and 10% BF. (the measurement in inches for each of those bodyparts).
