Strength does not come from winning, Your struggles develop your strengths,
When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength!

Hello
For summer competitions, you need to check out the websites of the following UK organisations - NPA npabodybuilding .com and BNBF bnbf. co.uk
2013 show dates would typically be set end-2012 by the BNBF, with the NPA normally publishing show dates early in 2013.
The INBF/WNBF affiliate in the UK is the UKDFBA drugfreebodybuilding .co.uk which holds its Championships in October.
(sorry it won't let me post links properly)

The BNBF does natural shows in about june i think.
They have heats for scottish, southern, welsh, midlands, central, northern. Top 3 of each category gets invited to a national competition
Categories are Teen (up to 19). Junior (up to 23). Normal (divided into lights, heavies and middles). Over 40 and over 50.
Considering entering into the 2014 southern teen one, since I'd be at an advantage at 19 and 5'2. Depends on if i meet my goals for this year, and if i get positive feedback when i start preparingI'm a little manlet
Short and stout
Here are my biceps
Here are my lats
When I get all pumped up
Hear me shout
Pick up the weight and lock it out
Just a beginner right now. Anything I say probably won't be reliable

I asked the same question earlier. I was advised by someone to check out the back of The Beef magazine for upcoming competitions but I don't know what they offer in the sense of tested/natural competitions. The BNBF is one of the best as far as tested comps go and is what I'm hoping to aim for once I get to the stage where I believe I stand a chance.

I know this thread is a little old but did you end up competing?
From your body composition it sounds like you could be a could place to diet down for your first show. I would suggest finding a coach.
You can find all the UK natural bodybuilding shows at www.muscleshow.info. I have found that site to have the best list of shows in the world.
